Eh, I'm ok with it. As long as police are able to make their vehicles look like civilian vehicles, this, or worse, will happen.

funny enough in my hometown they ran a 70's dodge van with out of state plates. How that was legal I never found out. But this was in the 90's too

How could a vehicle be registered for state (or local municipality) use in another state? That's even more disturbing than the usual unmarked with government plates. Though if they weren't conducting traffic stops I guess it's not so bad. I sure as hell wouldn't pull over for it.

That hood ornament is so ridiculous it's cool though. I wonder if it's plastic or if they painted the metal one.

you know I never figured out if it was legal. It was used 2 times I know of for traffic stops (one time was traffic stop for drugs)
